THIS DEMAND is predicated on the following immutable facts:
1.WHEREAS I have forensic 100% proof to support my claims; PLEASE SEE ENCLOSED the CD which contains HTML CODE - 100% UNALTERABLE FORENSIC PROOF WHICH WOULD STAND UP IN ANY COURT, INCLUDING THE SUPREME COURT - from my Twitter feed which proves without any question whatsoever that Twitter is deliberately - and selectively, in real time, by an obvious paid administrator(s) within Twitter - censoring my account in the method known as "shadowbanning",in which the victim can see his or her posts and therefore believes, along with selected accounts known to the victim, that the posts are being seen by the rest of the world when, in fact, no one else is seeing them at all. Worse, the harassment and defamation against me is basically the only thing which can be seen by the rest of the world on my Twitter account, and this, too, is plainly a deliberate act by the Twitter corporation to frustrate my business efforts and ruin my personal and professional reputation to the entire world. WHEREAS Twitter administrators, by deliberately using its censorship abilities, which is not the First Amendment engaged by Twitter, but rather is in plain and total CRIMINAL VIOLATION OF TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 241. Section 241 of Title 18 is the civil rights conspiracy statute. Section 241 makes it unlawful for two or more persons to agree together to injure, threaten, or intimidate a person in any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the Unites States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same), in this case, my First Amendment rights. Unlike most conspiracy statutes, Section 241 does not require that one of the conspirators commit an overt act prior to the conspiracy becoming a crime. WHEREAS Twitter hired as its person to make sure proper behavior was kept on Twitter and protect people, Miss Alison/Allison Shea, who for ten years, who publically goes by the fictitious name of Del Harvey, a ranking officer in the Perverted Justice Foundation, which was been continually called a 'sick" and "criminal trolling operation" by law enforcement, public officials, and those who have since abandoned the organization, it seems plain that human destruction has always been the core purpose of Twitter and Twitter as a social media platform is merely the ruse to commit wholesale criminal offenses on a gigantic scale and
4. WHEREAS Twitter is overtly left-wing political among virtually every single one of its executives, as proved by the poisonous hate that they outwardly manifest on their Twitter feeds, that its intense political prejudice is without question and

WHEREAS Twitter's Del Harvey's associate, who created Perverted Justice, who changed his real name to one of his fictitious trolling identities, Xavier von Erck, moved his Perverted Justice Foundation's corporate account from Oregon to California the same year that Del Harvey was hired by Twitter, with Perverted Justice Foundation's legal representation, Corpgate, just a one hour and eleven minute drive south of Twitter headquarters' front door and it is obvious that Von Erck, who once said on his blog, "I wish I could fucking kill 9/11 conspiracy theorists. Yes, kill. I'd like to kill them. . . . I want you to die. I wish you would die. Why don't you die? Just die." and about a former friend whom von Erck tricked into leaving his wife for a fictitious internet account created by von Erck "Tonight, Bruce Raisley stood around at an airport, flowers in hand, waiting for a woman that turned out to be a man. . . . He has no one. He has no more secrets. . . . Perverted-Justice.com will only tolerate so much in the way of threats and attacks upon us." and "My dad was an alcoholic scumbag commercial fisherman who hit my mom... She left him when I was one, and he went on to impregnate ten more women up and down the West Coast. His name is garbage." and that Del Harvey publically pledged lifelong loyalty to von Erck and Perverted Justice ("as long as it exists") and
6. WHEREAS Del Harvey in two interviews claimed to have worked in a psychiatric institute, but when I called several such facilities within the states that Del Harvey claimed to have lived (I legally recorded the calls in-full) all institute representatives said that with Shea/Harvey's limited background it was impossible for her to have worked at any, with no records showing employment by any people within 20 years using Harvey/Shea's various names, with at least one suggesting that she was probably an ex-patient covering her tracks in case she was recognized from her (hypothetical) days as an institutionalized patient and
7. WHEREAS Perverted Justice has been called a "trolling Operation" many times, including by NBC TV News producer Marsha Bartell who worked with Harvey and von Erck on Dateline NBC, a statement she put into court papers citing her extreme concern about Perverted Justice in which she quotes another NBC producer saying "We know they're (Perverted Justice") all nuts” which was meant seriously, not as a joke, and
8. WHEREAS "Internet Trolls", a term applied to Harvey and von Erck by many who know them, have been found by various psychiatric studies to be primarily extremely psychologically sick individuals whose primary motivation in life is to satiate uncontrollable sadistic impulses to hurt, torment and destroy other human beings, as reported by virtually every major mainstream news organization and
9. WHEREAS the Twitter accounts tormenting, defaming and threatening me, which Twitter has repeatedly emailed me to say were not in violation of Twitter's terms of service, have taken clear joy in anything negative about me, demonstrating manifest overt sadistic behavior and
10. WHEREAS said troll accounts actually tagged Del Harvey @delbius in their death threats against me about which Harvey took no action in my defense and
11. WHEREAS Twitter hired Katie Jacobs Stanton, then late of the Obama administration and Hillary Clinton office of the Secretary of State to work in a public relations and organizational capacity, that Reuters not long after reported that Obama was paying a "Twitter army" to "publically shame" political opponents and Stanton's Twitter timeline shows that she shares the same political poison as does the rest of the Twitter executive branch and Stanton's Tweets are often identical in tone and approach as that of the trolls who have criminally harassed, defamed and threatened my life for 3 years and
12. WHEREAS anyone not able to engage fully and fairly on Twitter is at a severe personal and professional disadvantage and
13. WHEREAS now-retired conservative Republican Congressman Frank Wolf publicaly praised me and my group for the cosponsors which brought the Benghazi Select Committee into being with a previous Twitter campaign for cosponsors and that Twitter's proven censorship actions and lack of action in regard to my protection from Perverted Justice-style trolls who have plainly been assigned to my account, as they answer anything I tweet to anyone, almost immediately, at any time during the day or night, and that this action is being orchestrated from within Twitter itself using the tactics of Perverted Justice and the apparent style of Katie Jacobs Stanton, is nothing less than wholesale criminal action by Twitter to exact political retribution against me for nothing more than me being an honest citizen who was successfully able to lobby for action which happened to be politically damaging to President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
THEREFORE, I demand that Twitter immediately cease and desist all censorship of my Twitter account, those of my associates (not the trolls), and in so doing cease to remain in continued extremely obvious criminal violation of TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 241.
FURTHER, additional to TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 241, I demand that Twitter immediately delete forever the accounts which not only have been acting in concerted criminal action against me, but have obviously done so with the compliance of Del Harvey aka Alison/Allison Shea who shares a central position in the responsibility of the crimes committed against me and, further, that Twitter correct the problem from this day forward by taking action and maintaining action to guard me against further such activity in the future. Leaving Twitter and putting myself at a professional disadvantage against others because Twitter has engaged in an organized effort to commit thousands of breeches in violation of TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 241 is obviously not an acceptable option to any reasonable person.
There should be no need for a "review process' to comply with these demands immediately and we shall regard any such, frankly anticipated, "review process' as a stalling tactic by Twitter in which it will be plain that Twitter will be weighing its options to only appear to comply with these demands while still exacting obvious criminal political retribution against me in the form of wholesale criminal violations of TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 241.
